We are currently working with The Little Artists School based in Braamfontein, founded in 1995 by Edward Selematsela, a fine artist and social entrepreneur
The Little Artists School is a community school catering to children aged 5 to early adolescence. Its mission is to empower aspiring artists from underprivileged backgrounds by providing them with opportunities for artistic development. It offers support to children lacking resources for formal art education, enabling them to showcase their talents.
Additionally, it raises funds to sponsor students' higher education expenses, facilitating their enrollment in universities or colleges. Moreover, they ensure that the children receive a meal after their classes, fostering a supportive and nourishing environment for theircreative journey.
All our artists at Ojiji work as volunteers at The Little Artists school.
